Jerzy & Wink are an unlikely couple, but they have a love connection out of this world.  I loved this modern day "Bonnie & Clyde" story.  It was set in Detroit so you know I enjoyed reading about my city.  I also loved the constant action in the book.  The suspense was too much to bear at times!!! As I sit here and read Thuggin and Lovin by T.C. Sweet & Salty Book Review: No Home Training by Michel Moore

The twins are OUT COLD!
 No Home Training by Michel Moore is the third book in the Say U Promise series and I must say Michel keeps the drama coming! I did not expect what happened in the end!! I sat there with my mouth wide open for at least a minute!! I'm so hungry for the next book!!! I can't imagine what could come next!! I live in the D and I know how cold these streets can be, but these girls take that to the next level when they move to Houston.  Houston ain't ready for what they have coming!

Sweet & Salty Book Reviews: Powder Blu is SWEET!

Blu is a young teen who grew up with drugs in her environment, and ultimately she chose to have them in her life. Dealing and using was normal in her world, but dealing brought much needed money, so that's what she chose. Her first drug deal struck her like lightning and Blu emerged as a Boss B. Love, betrayal, murder, and family dynamics are all explored in this page turner. I enjoyed the read and encourage you to pick up the book.

Where is Choices 3?

Everyday, someone asks me, "when is the next book coming out?" I am more anxious than you all are, trust me.  I've been having trouble with an injury that affects my left hand, and progress has been very slow, but I'm still working to get the story out.  You will find out how Young Hustla finally gets revenge on China and his old bodyguard and new enemy, Big Al.  You will experience the blossoming friendship and possible romance with Carmen and Lamar.   More revenge is still brewing when Chris is released from prison and he goes on a warpath looking for Star and plans to kill Lamar's sister LaMonica.  You will see how Maya is adjusting to her new life as Chanel, and how her old parents are getting along now that the truth is out. I am going to explore those things and more!  I'm bringing in a story of human trafficking, and a church going sister of Carmen's that is openly gay.  To wrap things up, I'm bringing Honey back and we'll see how the mob deals with her once they find out she's back.  She killed their Liza and hasn't paid the price. Choices 3: Revenge will be worth the wait.  In the meantime I'll review and recap a other books you'll love or love to hate!!
